Supervisory Training Program

STP, the Supervisory Training Program developed by the AGC of America, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry. Developed, updated, and field-tested by and for contractors, the Program is 10 courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials. STP courses offer practical, relevant, and time-proven ideas and skills that can help your people increase their performance and cost effectiveness.

 

Following completion of the 10 core classes, students receive a certificate of completion from the AGC of America.
