Brown Contracting & Development, Inc., is a Washington State corporation that began operations in the latter part of 1999. Previous to that, the principals of the company operated as Eric R. Brown Construction starting in 1988. Today we are a general contracting firm that specializes in commercial construction and real estate development. Expertise areas include tenant improvements, commercial, retail, institutional, multi-family and major industrial construction. We also provide design build services to develop a design that best fits the owner's budget.
