    Event Description:

    Course Description: This course will cover the Clean Water Act, the 2017 Construction General Permit, and ITD specifications, compliance resources, and ITD policies and procedures. It will also cover management of projects day-to-day for compliance with environmental requirements and ITD policy and how to pass an EPA inspection.

    Course Length: 2 days (two 8-hour days). 

    This course is good for the duration of a permit’s cycle (5 years).  If your permit has lapsed re-certification (a 2 day initial course) is required
