    Event Description:

    Why PMDP?

    The Project Manager Development Program (PMDP), created by AGC of America, is designed to specifically meet the needs of the construction industry. The curriculum, along with the activities and shared experiences of course participants, provides the necessary skills and knowledge to increase the participant’s ability to work successfully with others to ensure project success.

    The 40-hour five-unit program covers the basics of project management and provides tactics and strategies for ensuring project success. 

    This program is offered by AGC of America beginning on Monday, December 5 @ 7:00 a.m.

    Courses will be offered online via Zoom platform, webcam required for participation. (Fee includes course materials)

    Classes are held Monday thru Friday from December 5th to December 9th from 10 AM-6 PM ET | 7 AM – 3 PM PT.


    Unit 1:  Introduction to Project Management 
    Unit 2:  Initiating and Planning Part 1  
    Unit 3:  Initiating and Planning Part 2
    Unit 4:  Executing  
    Unit 5:  Monitoring and Controlling and Project Closeout

    Cost for the program is $1,695.00 for members and $2,375.00 for non-members. Includes all course participant’s manuals.


    Cancellation Policy:

    A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.

    AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to start date if a pots available!! minimum number of attendees is not me
