The CLC Leadership Series The AGC Construction Leadership Council is pleased to announce the creation of our CLC Leadership Series, an exclusive program designed to help companies advance their future leaders by giving them the tools they need to successfully lead their companies, their communities, and their industry into the future.
Who Should Attend: This program is designed for individuals that may be early in their careers, but are recognized as a future leader within their company. Each candidate must be sponsored by their company to participate and enrollment is limited to 20 registrants.

The program focus is on practicing positive communication habits that propel participants along the path to career success and personal achievement.
September 2023 Module 4: Emotional Intelligence
Speaker: Leslie Whatley The purpose of this module is to explore how our state of mind and emotions impact our action, communication, relationships, performance, and even our health. We will look at ways to increase our emotional literacy, leverage and manage our emotions, and work with our brains to become highly intentional in how we lead and manage others.
November 2023 Module 5: Advocacy In Action
Legislative Speakers Hear from the AGC Lobbying team on the impact construction has on our community and why it is so important for us to be involved in public policy. Additionally, attendees will meet with elected leaders throughout the day from the local, state and federal levels to learn more about current issues and how they can make an impact.
