ABOUT OUR SPEAKER: Ted Sive, FSMPS, Honorary AIA (Seattle), works with A/E/C companies to create business strategy, develop marketing communications, and forge collaborative teams. With more than thirty years working in and with a diverse set of leading firms, Sive is sought for his skills as facilitator, strategist, coach, and trainer. A frequent speaker and industry pundit, Sive leads conferences and professional training programs for AIA, ACEC, AGC, SMPS, ULI and others. He has written extensively on the strategic impacts of alternatively delivery and technology for A/E/C practitioners, and is an author of the AIA Architect’s Handbook of Professional Practice. Sive has worked with a variety of Pacific NW construction companies, charting strategy and organizational development, including Graham, Sellen, Skanska, Forma, GLY, Turner, Walsh, Swinerton, and others.
