    MODULE 4
    EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Leslie Whatley - Founding Partner - People and Change Consulting, LLC | LinkedIn
    Speaker: Leslie Whatley, MAOD, PCC

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is 4 times more important than IQ! It is the greatest predictor of performance in the workplace. EQ involves how we identify, navigate and leverage emotions in ourselves and in our relationships. And, the good news is that we can increase our own EQ.

The purpose of this module is to explore how our state of mind and emotions impact our action, communication, relationships, performance, and even our health. We will look at ways to increase our emotional literacy, leverage and manage our emotions, and work with our brains to become highly intentional in how we lead and manage others
    .
