    He will be addressing Construction Jobsite Safety - to assist the contractors take steps to both protect their belongings ( tools locked in the job trailer, equipment left out in the field overnight, materials stored on site), and perhaps more successfully recover if they are stolen?
    In addition, what initial steps can be     taken to defuse confrontation on a jobsite?
