    Join the Tri-Cities CLC for our second fall seminar.  This month we will be looking at conflict resolution and ways that young members of our companies can be a positive part of the process on any job site.  

    Our guest speaker will be Josie Villa, from H3 Leadership and OD Consulting LLC. Josie will share valuable strategies and techniques to manage conflicts in various personal and professional settings.

    During this interactive and engaging session, we will:

    ·       Explore conflict resolution strategies

    ·       Gain confidence in our own verbal and nonverbal communication

    ·       Learn practical de-escalation techniques

    ·       Learn how to foster a positive and harmonious environment

    Josie has over 30 years of professional experience working in the field of human resources, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization. She has a deep understanding of the unique demands that leaders face in managing teams in today's fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. With a focus on cultivating positive workplace cultures and fostering employee engagement, Josie helps leaders positively impact their organizations and drive business results.
