The Tri-Cities division of the Construction Leadership Council is proud to bring you the first in a series of events focused on the AGC's Culture of Care Initiative.
During this Roundtable we will discuss Red Flags and Toxic Situations in the work place that can lead to problems between current staff members and an inability to retain and recruit new employees.
We are also proud to announce that this discussion will also include featured speaker Reka Robinson. Reka is a long-time radio personality and now works as a business owner and life coach of Single You Academy, discussing among other topics Toxic Relationships. Reka will share her insights into toxic personalities and red flags in personal relationships, and from her we will be able to transition into the impact these same situations can have in the workplace.
