    Job Description
      
    Frank Gurney, Inc is seeking and experienced Contract Administrator for our Spokane office.  Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with State, Federal, and local agencies as well as Contractors, the contractor community and the Frank Gurney, Inc. team.  Candidates should be motivated and have good Organizational and Time Management skills and also be proficient with Microsoft programs.  Proficiency in Quick Books account software is also desirable.  A working knowledge of Washington’s L&I online system and Diversity Compliance programs is also beneficial.
     
    This person will be processing project contracts, and related documents included intent to pay prevailing wage, material submittals, reporting contract payment information, and material procurement among other daily tasks.
