    Job Description

    Fowler General Construction is seeking qualified Project Management professionals to join our fast paced, growing team. Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of the cost, schedule, and technical baseline for a construction project. A proven capability to perform bid tabulations, writing and managing subcontracts, reviewing and processing submittals, writing RFI’s, developing change orders, and managing job close-out activities. Position requires planning and ensuring adherence to the construction schedule and budget, and to coordinate with vendors, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, craft, and field personnel. Candidate must have strong organization, communication, and leadership skills capable of working on multiple projects and tasks at a time. Experience with Procore software management strongly desired.

    • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
