Labor Agreements/Wage Info

Negotiations Update - June 17, 2025: 

All AGC Master Labor Agreements expired on May 31, 2025 and the negotiating teams have been meeting with the respective unions to negotiate new agreements. To date, settlements have been reached with the Carpenters, Laborers and Cement Masons. Updated Schedules A's for each of these trades can be found below.

We have not yet settled with the Operating Engineers or the Teamsters. Until a new agreement is reached, the current agreement remains in effect.
